I'm still trying to figure out how RABA is organized on their radios. They are very heavy users of the city trunk system, and assignments above are guessed from monitoring. I don't ride the system and am not familiar with the routes etc. They also have a conventional (meaning non-trunked) 800MHz freq that was recently rebanded by Nextel from 860.2375. Not sure what this repeater is used for.
